The oldest restaurant in Plaka, The Old Tavern Of Psarras continues to welcome the friends of good traditional Greek cuisine, with emphasis on the quality of taste and service.
For more than two decades, The Old Tavern Of Psarras proves that the Plaka area has much more to offer than “tourist” suggestions, with the guarantee of the Vlassis Stathokostopoulos Group. The traditional tavern is preferred by distinguished personalities of the political, business and artistic space, and attracts every age that seeks authentic taste. The latter, despite its name, is not limited to fish, but includes a wide range of Greek cuisine.

The Tavern of Psara is housed in two old mansions, one opposite the other, while their intermediate pedestrian street is the outdoor area during the summer. For the hot months of the year, the room also includes a terrace, oasis of coolness in the city center.

The decoration follows the traditional paths with respect to the “specifications” of the classic tavern. Warm colors, wooden floors, an imposing fireplace and a host of interesting old objects, preserve the character of the Tavern of Psara.
