On the table parades the fries with fresh tomato, semi-hard cheese and sesame, the sausage from Arachova, stuffed mushrooms with spinach and smoked Metsovone and of course the roasted vegetables with traditional formella.

Spit lovers should taste the delicious cockroach, split between local meatloaf and filet mash with coriander or get in the warm embrace of a home-cooked meal.
